Damaged custom product

We're sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged.

If a custom product is delivered damaged we'll replace it for you quickly and at no cost to yourself. Refunds and returns of custom products aren't accepted and on some occasions we'll arrange to collect the damaged item.

An image can fail to upload for a variety of reasons:

  • Your image file size is too big (over 40mb) or too small (under 1000px x 1000px)

Converting measurements

All custom measurements should be entered as millimetres

  • To convert to millimetres from inches you multiply the number of inches by 25.4
  • To convert to millimetres from centimetres you multiply the number of centimetres by 10
  • Some parts of the site give sizes in imperial measurements (eg 10" x 12") because this is how some of our customers prefer it. However, when the order is placed these are always converted to mm behind the scenes

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take strike action in the run-up to Christmas.

Royal Mail assures us that it has well-developed contingency plans, but some difficulties in delivering your parcel will still exist. We’ll be doing what we can to ship your frame orders on time, but we are sorry that this planned strike action by the CWU is likely to cause customers some disruption.


Initially, the action will take place on the following dates:

  • Thursday November 24 2022
  • Friday November 25

However, if an agreement isn't reached between the CWU and Royal Mail, then further strike action is planned throughout December, which may affect your Christmas deliveries.
