When you place an order, you'll be asked to choose a shipping option on the basket page. Your choice will affect how long it takes for your order to be manufactured. Standard shipping times can vary depending on how busy we are.

After reviewing your items and choosing a shipping option click "Checkout" to complete your order.

To complete your order you'll need to enter your name, delivery details and payment information. You can pay using different methods:
Debit and credit cards are processed immediately and are the preferred method of payment for fast delivery. Payments made using cards are secure and handled by Judopay, a Mastercard partner.
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, please be do not leave the page whilst we authorise your details. This many result in order duplication. If you think you've placed two orders accidentally, please contact us.

Once an order has been received by us we will send an email notification confirming your order details, including an order number and estimated dispatch date.
If you don't receive an order acknowledgement please check the the email hasn't been directed into your spam folder or contact us.
If you have received multiple order acknowledgements, please contact us.
Once your order leaves our studio or is available for pickup, we'll email you. This email will include your order number and a link to the tracking or pickup information. This will be sent to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. If you know which carrier has your parcel and have your tracking number, you can access their tracking screens below.
Please note that dispatch confirmation emails concerning orders sent by post will not include a tracking link.
For orders dispatched with a carrier you can track the status of shipment via their website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon receipt of your item, your carrier will update you via email or sms to advise you of your expected delivery date. On the day of delivery our carrier partners will also provide you with a set of 'in-flight' options designed to make receiving your shipment as convenient as possible. The number of messages you receive will vary depending on which carrier partner has been selected.
