Find & Customise Products

Get started by finding and configuring a product you want to buy, then add it to your basket.

Finding Products

If you know the code of the product you wish to buy, find it using search at the bottom of any page.

You can also browse by category:

  1. Go to the home page at www.eframe.co.uk
  2. At the top of your page is a list of product categories such as "Custom Frames" or "Accessories"
  3. Click on a category or hover for more subcategories

Product Information & Specs

To see product details, click on any item in the store for more information and pictures.

To see detailed product specifications, such as the depth of a frame:

  1. Click on a product to go to the product page
  2. Scroll down "Specs", or if on a mobile phone tap "Specs"

Customising Frames

You can customise a frame 2 ways; the first method is a simple solution for those happy to accept our designers default choices:

  1. Click on a customisable product to go to the product page
  2. Enter, select or confirm your picture size. For measuring help, click here.
  3. Add or remove a range of 40 mount colours
  4. Enter the quantity needed (also in basket)
  5. Click "Add to Basket"

Alternatively, use the Frame Studio. A fully featured web app that allows for fine tuning of frames. The Frame Studio allows you to:

  1. From a custom product page, click "Take to Studio" or visit the Frame Studio link at the top of your page
  2. Upload a picture for printing or visualisation purposes (optional)
  3. Choose a print paper (if you choose to print with us)
  4. Enter custom sizes (measuring advice can be found here)
  5. Select from over 1,000 frame styles
  6. Add & remove a range of 40 mount colours & styles
  7. Enter custom mount borders
  8. Select from a range of glass and acrylic glazing products
  9. Select featured frame accessories
  10. Click "Add to Basket"

View Your Basket

  1. Go to any page on www.eframe.co.uk
  2. In the top right corner of your page, click basket

Edit Your Basket

To make changes to the products in your basket:

  1. Delete Product: click "Delete" next to the product quantity
  2. Change Quantity: enter a new number into the quantity box and click "Update"
  3. Edit configuration: click "Edit" under the product image

Coupons

Occasionally we send promotional codes to registered customers who subscribe to our emails. These discount codes entitle the recipient to range of special offers like money off or free delivery. You can activate a coupon code easily:

  1. Click "Apply a promo code" and enter your code
  2. Click or tap to apply

Shipping

When you place an order, you'll be asked to choose a shipping option on the basket page. Your choice will affect how long it takes for your order to be manufactured. Standard shipping times can vary depending on how busy we are.

  1. Under "'Delivery" select the appropriate location
  2. Under "Delivery" click or tap the "Priority" option (if required)
  3. Page will auto-refresh and you'll see shipping costs

Checkout

After reviewing your items and choosing a shipping option click "Checkout" to complete your order.

If you have an account please sign in. If you don't have an account you'll be offered the ability to create one after you've placed your order.

To complete your order you'll need to enter your name, delivery details and payment information. You can pay using different methods:

Payments

Debit and credit cards are processed immediately and are the preferred method of payment for fast delivery. Payments made using cards are secure and handled by DataCash, a Mastercard company.

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, please be do not leave the page whilst we authorise your details. This many result in order duplication. If you think you've placed two orders accidentally, please contact us.

Notifications

Order Acknowledgement

Once an order has been received by us we will send an email notification confirming your order details, including an order number and estimated dispatch date.

If you don't receive an order acknowledgement please check the the email hasn't been directed into your spam folder or contact us.

If you have received multiple order acknowledgements, please contact us.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order leaves our studio or is available for pickup, we'll email you. This email will include your order number and a link to the tracking or pickup information. This will be sent to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. If you know which carrier has your parcel and have your tracking number, you can access their tracking screens below.

Please note that dispatch confirmation emails concerning orders sent by post will not include a tracking link.

Carrier Delivery Updates

For orders dispatched with a carrier you can track the status of shipment via their website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon receipt of your item, your carrier will update you via email or sms to advise you of your expected delivery date. On the day of delivery our carrier partners will also provide you with a set of 'in-flight' options designed to make receiving your shipment as convenient as possible. The number of messages you receive will vary depending on which carrier partner has been selected.

In addition to standard 'in-flight' options, our carriers are now offering:

  • Enhanced Delivery Notifications - Start of day 1 hour delivery window, with driver's name personalisation
  • Delay Notifications - Proactive information in the event of a significant delay
  • My Parcel Live - Track the progress of a parcel on delivery, with a countdown to arrival

Postal Delivery Updates

Postal deliveries are made when items are small enough to be sent via Royal Mail First Class. For postal deliveries order status tracking is not available.
