Paying by card

Debit and credit cards are processed immediately and are the preferred method of payment for fast delivery. Payments made using cards are secure and handled by DataCash, a Mastercard company.

Accepted Cards

We accept various credit and debit card types. We don't currently support payments made using Amex.

Taking Card Payments

After placing your order we will contact your issuing bank to verify the card used. Once approved we will automatically debit your account for the value of your order.

Paying by cheque or BACS

Cheque

Cheques can be made payable to Frame It Services Limited by post. Please write your order number on the back of the cheque and send it to:

BACS

Where card payment isn't possible you can pay for your order by BACS. Please email us immediately after paying to avoid delays to your order.

Online payment services

We don't currently support payments made through online payment services such as Paypal or Apple Pay.

Declined card payments

If during checkout you find that your card is declined, re-try, closely checking the information you enter. Alternatively try paying with a different card.

If new attempts to pay are declined, it may be for one or some of the following reasons:

  • Credit Limit Reached: There may be a credit limit on your account
  • Incorrect Details: The card type, number, expiry date or security code were incorrect
  • Unusual Characters: Make sure that your card number doesn't include dashes or spaces
  • New Card: If your card is brand new it may not have been activated yet
  • Suspicious Activity: Your card company may have stopped your card for security purposes

Price matching

Fair pricing and great value has always been at the heart of our business. By only operating online we can make sure that you never pay more than you should. We're confident that we can't be beaten on price, even if the price you've found includes a discount code.

If you think you've found a better price from any of our competitors, contact us and our Sales Design Team will take care of it. We will need the product number, price and the web address of the retailer.

Additional Details

  • Price match excludes product(s) found on auction or online deal marketplaces (e.g. Groupon)
  • Price match includes the competitor's delivery price
  • The competitor must be based in the United Kingdom
  • The product(s) must be identical to our own
  • The product(s) must be in stock and available for delivery within 14 days
  • The offer is not transferable

VAT & taxes

VAT Rates

Prices shown on the website for products and delivery services are inclusive of the UK VAT rate of 20%. The price displayed for each line item in your shopping basket does not include VAT. You can see the total VAT for your order totalled beneath your line items in your shopping basket before checkout.

VAT Refunds

We don't have the facility to deduct VAT before charging for goods.

If you're a resident of a VAT exempt community and qualify for a VAT refund, please contact us within 5 days of your order being placed. We can credit the applicable amount of VAT back to you.

Invoices

Within 24 hours of us successfully receiving payment, you should receive an invoice by email. We do not ship hard copies of your invoice with your delivery.

If you haven't received an invoice, or require an additional copy, please contact us.

This technology protects and encrypts your personal and payment information during communication. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

Mastercard, our third-party payment processor will verify the payment information provided to authorise your debit/credit card.

Coupons & Promotional Codes

Redeeming Your Code

Occasionally we send promotional codes to registered customers who subscribe to our emails. These discount codes entitle the recipient to range of special offers like money off or free delivery. You can activate a coupon code easily:

  1. Add the items you want to buy to your basket
  2. Visit your basket
  3. Click "Apply a promo code" and enter your code
  4. Click or tap to apply

Problems Applying a Code

  1. Double check to make sure you entered the correct code
  2. Make sure that this promotion hasn't expired
