Service

I have only placed a couple of orders with e Frame in the past but their customer service is without question. Recently, I noticed a small mark on the glazing of one of the frames. It wasn''t obvious until I put a photograph in (I''m a photographer so perfectionist I suppose) the frame. I mentioned it to their online team and they are sending a replacement.....now that''s service! Thank you again. I will be ordering again, shortly. Neil G
