Ordered the wrong size, but quickly fixed

I accidentally ordered the wrong size frame but managed to get to customer services before the frame was made. They helped me change my order and didn''t charge me, even though I needed a bigger frame! Pleased about that! The frame fits my artwork perfectly. A++
