hello EFrameI have now lost count of the number of orders I have placed with you and I have written before to say how pleased I have been with the frames and the customer service. However, I just felt I had to drop you another line to say how pleased I am with a recent order for multiple custom frames & mounts. These proved too complicated to order over the web because of my requirements, but with Danni's help the ordering process was just as easy and the end result just as great as any other order I have placed. I would not go anywhere else for framing now and when I think of the cost (and sometimes disappointment) that I experienced over the years with framers I can't believe how easy it is to order from you and how consistent the quality and finish are. Your delivery and packing have always been excellent too - no order I have placed has ever been late or suffered any damage in transit. There was an e-mail at the weekend from your delivery agency saying what time the parcel would be arriving - which it has, beautifully packed. I have retired from my own print business which succeeded by giving customer service and was started, many years ago, at a time when our competitors were notorious for not putting the customer first, not being able to commit to a firm deadline and not keeping the customer in the picture. So much call centre/web based business currently falls into the same trap. You have shown that modern technology, efficiency can be combined with and personal, friendly, practical service.
