Just wanted to say what excellent service I received from eframe. Jayne went out of her way to first of all find an uncommon frame type for me, then send a sample of it, then (when I said it was too light in colour) give me the name of a good woodstain manufacturer that would correct the colour. When I said I couldn't really tell which colour I wanted from their website Jayne then sent a selection of samples of the wood stained with different colours of woodstain, then when I had chosen the one I liked best, included a bottle of it in my order. All in all outstanding service - completely above and beyond the call of duty and so refreshing in an age of call centres, being on hold to BT for hours only to be cut off and having to start all over again, repeatedly.

What's more, the frames look EXCELLENT on the wall. I will be buying some more from eframe shortly. Mark

Dear Sir I placed my first Internet order on the 3rd October (or therabouts), to a company of which I had no prior knowledge using your company. My reason for using you was that I had no local source for obtaining mounts and frames within a reasonable timescale. Hi there, Just to let you know, The frames were delivered fine, and despite a couple of dents and holes in the packaging, were safe and sound. They were wrapped adequately, packaged sensibly, and putting the window mounts in the corresponding frames not only made my job easier, but quicker too. Every measurement was spot on (despite my nerves about whether MY measurements were ok- they were!) And there were more than enough fixings etc...something that can potentially be a hindrance if you add hunting for a fixing to the long list of "to-do's" that make up an exhibition. It's not often that you can tell that careful consideration has gone into good customer service, (especially with online companies) but it was immediately apparent with eFrame. I had to mount all my prints within an evening, having never before framed a print or even organized an exhibition. eFrame's excellent customer service, and faultless diligence ensured that my job was as painless and worry-free as possible, which is definitely a good thing! Even the little things, such as the website's sample colours being exceptionally close to the real thing, pilot holes being made for the screws, and window mounts being placed within the corresponding frames.
