Picture mounts are the card inserts that sit inside your frame with a hole in the middle through which you can see your picture. They are very affordable, easy to include in an order and can drastically improve the desirability of both the frame and item.

Why order a mount
Mountboard is a key element in framing. Practically it helps position and protect the item inside, on an aesthetic level it draws the human eye into the picture found in the frame. By experimenting with various kinds of mounts - colour combinations, positioning and size you begin to see the image in many different lights.
Materials
All of the mounts we sell are made from high quality materials so that they do not discolour or fade over time. They are also conservation standard which means you can frame the most valuable items knowing that the mount will not transfer any acids onto the picture eventually damaging it.
Styles
We have over 40 mount colours available on the website, ranging from vivid reds to neutral whites. We also allow you to choose how many mounts you would like and how thick the card that is used to make them. Finally we give the option of adding a v-groove for a small extra cost.
Remember, a mount on its own would look out of place, so try adding a surrounding made to measure picture frame to finish the product off.

Sizes
All custom mounts are available in almost any size you need. Just enter the height and width of your window opening and the width of the borders. Done.
