Updating a mirror with a frame

April 11, 2010
Posted in Framed Mirrors — Written by Amelia

Having a framed mirror above your bathroom sink or in a downstairs toilet is a necessity. We forget how often we use a mirror, just for checking our appearance, for help when we are putting on our make up or assisting us whilst we are having a shave. Mirrors have become items in our home that we just cannot live without.

If you have a mirror in your home that desperately needs to be updated, then why don’t you take it to a professional framer. There are many different types of frames that are perfectly suited for framing mirrors.

Framed mirrors not only look beautiful when hung in a bathroom or above a fireplace, but they also create a centre piece for the room. You can choose almost any type of frame that you like. There are wooden and metal frames as well as contemporary and more traditional designs. It will be easy to find a frame that would suit and compliment the existing décor of your home.

The professional framer will be able to give you all the advice that you need regarding framing your mirror.
