Many years ago, the introduction of the word processor revolutionised the way we typed our letters. Now, eFrame.co.uk is doing the same for the way we buy picture frames, mounts and mirrors.
No longer do frame buyers have to visit the high street to look at a few small moulding offcuts, take a leap of faith and hope that the finished frame will turn out as they expect. Now they can see before they buy from the comfort of their own home or office.
Using advanced technology, the eFrame website provides the facility to design frames and mounts online. Users enter the size they want, choose a frame and/or mount and the screen is immediately updated to show what the finished frame will look like. Once the order is made, the items are delivered, avoiding two trips to the high street – once to order and once to collect.
Bespoke frames of any size can be made with no price premium over standard size frames, and usually at less than half the price of a high street framer. This is made possible by using a combination of progressive machinery, well trained and GCF (Guild Commended Framer) qualified staff, and advanced manufacturing.
The company provides a huge product range never before seen online. Over 600 frame styles and 350 mount styles can be combined on the web site in true WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get – pronounced WIZZIWIG) style.
With over 1 million pages visited each month, the comprehensive eFrame.co.uk web site represents the future for picture framing in the UK and is set to change the way we buy our frames. After all, how many people now use a typewriter?
