Provided that there is a mount to guide the eye properly, the frame will hold everything in place and allow you to hang your new print on the wall.
Depending on the type of print, you will need to choose between a contemporary or traditional frame so that it shows off the print properly. Having an inappropriate frame will detract from what is inside it and that isn’t what you want when you have spent money on a new piece of artwork.
