SCOTLAND & IRELAND
All areas still experiencing icy roads due to very low temperatures.
Aberdeen is struggling today, it is snowing heavy in areas with very low temperatures.
Belfast has had snow all day yesterday and again it is snowing this morning. All freight is out for delivery except the Irish freight from Scotland because it was not collected last night from Glasgow.
The weather is terrible with icy conditions and further snow fall.
Edinburgh has three accidents on the M8 right outside the Depot. The driving conditions are treacherous due to -8 degree temperatures and a further 3 inches of snowfall.
Glasgow/Motherwell has seen the snow fall once again and with very low temperatures some deliveries may prove difficult.
Carlisle has seen the snow fall once again and with very low temperatures some deliveries may prove difficult.
Inverness
· Heavy snowfall in some areas is still affecting deliveries. Timed and distance deliveries affected. We have also had late trunks into both Inverness Agents this morning.
SOUTH WEST REGION
Snow is affecting parts of the Region
· Okehampton – The following postcodes are affected
TR3, TR4, TR16,
EX23, EX27, EX31, EX36, EX38, EX39
PL15, PL25, PL26, PL32.
· Kidderminster – The following postcodes are affected
WR15, WR6,
DY10, DY12, DY13, DY14
B60, B61, B97, B98
Areas also affected by the snow are Gloucester / Bristol / Cardiff / Swansea / Exeter and Plymouth.
LONDON REGION
All sites will clear and no weather issues at this time.
SOUTH EAST REGION
The majority of the South East Depots are now clear of any backlog and normal services have been restored.
No adverse weather issues at present but snow is forecast for tonight.
NORTH REGION
The North West of the Country has been hit very hard this morning. No deliveries are going out at present from the following Depots.
· Liverpool
· Wigan
· Oldham
· Warrington
· Manchester 1 and Manchester 2
· Rotherham
Other Depots affected in the North Region are as follows:
· York – YO postcodes
· Scunthorpe – DN / HU and LN postcodes
· Durham – DL / TS / YO and DH postcodes
· Leeds and Morley Depots have also been affected
· Chester – Heavy snowfall
MIDLANDS REGION
Heavy snow affecting the north of the Region, particularly the Stafford and Stoke areas in postcodes SK, WA, CW and ST postcodes.
The area around Wednesbury Hub, Birmingham and West Bromwich have also received an amount of snow in the last 2 hours affecting road conditions as no gritting has been done yet.
OFFSHORES AGENTS

No deliveries at present following police advice to restrict travel due to the road conditions
· Channel Islands
The days flights have flown but worsening conditions in Jersey and Guernsey will affect deliveries throughout the day
